• Safety is a number one priority at T. R. Orr Inc.

• Our safety manager, Ben Harper, is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that safety is a priority in our project planning. Mr. Harper has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry and implemented a safety program for a large Kaiser Steel plant in the state of California.

• Mr. Harper's focus on safety issues has allowed our workers' compensation experience modification factor to hit a rock botton .77. We are proud to say we have not had a lost time accident since Mr. Harper came to us in 2004.

• Mr. Harper will continue to work with our employees, subcontractors, OSHA, and our workers' compensation carrier to maintain a safe working environment, keeping both accidents and insurance costs to a minimum.
