Jeff Bayly, Project Manager
Jeff Bayly has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 1994. Mr. Bayly has over 30 years experience, both as a field superintendent and a project manager.
Elton Edwards, Project Manager
Elton Edwards has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2005 and brings over 20 years experience in construction management and drafting/design.
Randall Cook, Project Manager/Estimator
Randall Cook has a BS in Construction Management and 7 years estimating and project management experience. Mr. Cook has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2006.
Toby Orr, Chief Executive Officer
Toby Orr is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of T. R. Orr, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in estimating, project management, and construction company management. Mr. Orr has a BS in Civil Engineering.

Rick Collins, Senior Operations Manager
Rick Collins was the second employee hired at T. R. Orr, Inc. and has been with us since 1982. Mr. Collins has over 29 years of construction experience.
Bruce Parkinson, Senior Operations Manager
Bruce Parkinson has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 1993 and has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years.

Susan Hayes, Controller/Office Manager
Susan Hayes has a BS in Accounting and over 30 years experience in the financial field. She has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 1997.
Jannette LeClair, Accounts Payable Bookkeeper
Jannette LeClair has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2001 and has 12 years experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
Diana Lee, Project Administrator
Diana joined our team in 2009 and has over 19 years experience in construction administration.
