T. R. Orr, Inc. Offices
T.R. Orr, Inc. was established in 1982. We provide general contracting services, specializing in commercial construction and remodeling. While our primary territory is northwestern Arizona, we also work in other parts of Arizona and in southern Nevada.
Our 600 plus projects to date include a wide variety of commercial, institutional, medical, and industrial construction.
We have earned a solid reputation by exceeding owner expectations on tough schedules with technically demanding specifications.

Project Management

Jeff Bayly has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 1994. Mr. Bayly has over 30 years experience, both as a field superintendent and a project manager.
Elton Edwards has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2005 and brings over 20 years experience in construction management and drafting/design.
Randall Cook has a BS in Construction Management and 7 years estimating and project management experience. Mr. Cook has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2006.
Ben Harper has over 30 years experience in construction safety, estimating, and project management. Mr. Harper has a BS in Civil Engineering and has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2004.
Toby Orr is the founder and President of T. R. Orr, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in estimating, project management, and construction company management. Mr. Orr has a BS in Civil Engineering.
Construction
Rick Collins was the second employee hired at T. R. Orr, Inc. and has been with us since 1982. Mr. Collins has over 25 years of construction experience.
Bruce Parkinson has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 1993 and has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years.
Frank Moody has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2001 and has over 20 years experience in construction.
Troy Noble has over 20 years experience in the construction field and has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 1999.

Susan Hayes has a BS in Accounting and over 30 years experience in the financial field. She has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 1997.
Jannette LeClair has been with T. R. Orr, Inc. since 2001 and has 9 years experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
Sue Christner came to T. R. Orr, Inc. in 2006 from the teaching profession and has a BA in Fine Arts.
